To ensure your complete satisfaction, we extend a 30-day return window. Should you choose to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, don’t hesitate to contact us at service@tastefactory.au, along with your order number. We’ll promptly provide comprehensive instructions for the next steps.

Return Details

Please note that for returns due to a change of heart, the responsibility for return shipping costs lies with you. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must arrive in “Like New” condition at our distribution centre, complete with the original packaging and accessories.

In case of damaged or defective items, kindly make a note while signing for delivery and share accompanying photos with us at service@tastefactory.au on the day of delivery. Shipping expenses for faulty, damaged, or incorrect merchandise are covered by us.

Please be aware that certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return, and orders intended for temporary or one-time use (such as trade shows or conferences) cannot be returned.

Refund Procedure

Refunds are issued to the initial payment method used for the order. Following the receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount encompasses the product(s) purchase price, deducting applicable shipping and handling fees.

Cancellation Considerations

To avoid return shipping fees, promptly contact us for order cancellations. Orders cancelled prior to shipment qualify for a full refund. If an order is cancelled post-shipment, return shipping costs are applicable.
